Join our 10-Week Online Meditation Series: "The Power of Surrender". Led by professional yoga and meditation instructor Sarah Colarchik, this virtual class offers a calming space for self-reflection and stress relief. Classes will take place Monday evenings from September 15 thru November 17. Attendance is flexible—no need to cancel if you miss a session!
