Join our 10-Week Online Meditation Series: "Relax, Accept, Center". Led by professional yoga and meditation instructor Sarah Colarchik, this virtual class offers a calming space for self-reflection and stress relief. Classes will take place Monday evenings from January 6 thru March 31. Attendance is flexible—no need to cancel if you miss a session!
